Tom Scharnweber

Tom is the current President/Owner of Scharnweber, Inc. He has been with the company since the early 70's. He can do anything you need him to do from plumbing to pump calls to heating & cooling.

Ruth Scharnweber

Ruth IS THE CURRENT Vice PRESIDENT/OWNER OF SCHARNWEBER INC. she HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE THE beginning. She comes in daily and helps get the technicians going. She also handles accounts payable.

Tessa Matherly

Tessa IS THE office manager at SCHARNWEBER INC. SHE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE june of 2015. She completes invoices, accounts payable, accounts RECEIVABLE, payroll, employee changes, and more. she is always willing to help where needed in the office.

Kristen Hartz

KRISTEN IS AN OFFICE ASSISTANT AT SCHARNWEBER INC. SHE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE AUGUST 2019. SHE ORDERS PRODUCTS, HELPS WITH ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, HANDLES CERTIFICATIONS FOR TECHNICIANS, AND SO MUCH MORE. SHE IS A SMILING FACE FOR ANY CUSTOMER.

Mark Shipley

Mark HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE MAY OF 2014. he does mainly plumbing work for scharnweber's, however is seen on all types of call. mark also can do any type of carpentry work for our REMODEL jobs.

Adam Glendy

adam HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE MAY OF 2015. he is usually seen on all plumbing jobs. he also helps in the water conditioning field as he is needed. he will also go and assist where ever he is needed such as excavation calls/jobs.

Mike Dunning

mike HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE october OF 2015. HE PRIMARILY WORKS WITH THE plumbing CREW, HOWEVER DOES GAS LINE WORK, septic inspections, and excavation work. he will go anywhere he is needed.

Todd Kratoska

todd HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE september OF 1983. He is the go to for all water conditioning installations & service. he will also do any type of plumbing work needed.

Kyle Behounek

kyle HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE september of 2016. HE assists with about any type of call given to him. he mainly works with the excavation crew.

Nate HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE april of 2012. he can do about anything we need him to do. he does electrical, generators, pump/well work, excavation, and more. He is always willing to help out a customer to figure out electrical issues.

Brenon Chyma

brenon HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE december OF 2014. HE primarily does electrical work, however he will do about anything that is asked of him. he is a certified radon specialist. he also does excavation, generators, and well/pump work.

Aaron Bessman

aaron HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE july OF 2003. he does mostly hvac work for scharnweber's. however, aaron also does electrical and plumbing work as well. he is a multi-talented technician.

Jamie Johnson

jamie HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE august OF 2010. HE PRIMARILY WORKS WITH THE HVAC CREW, HOWEVER DOES PLUMBINg and excavation as well. he will assist anywhere he is needed.

Martin Cervantes

martin HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE MAY OF 2014. HE primarily works with the hvac crew, however does plumbing, gas line work, carpentry, and excavation. he is bilingual and is always will to talk to customers who speak spanish.

John Wagner

john HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE august of 2016. HE keeps all of the company's equipment and vehicles up to date and running. he makes sure everything is inspected. john will also go on excavation jobs, septic jobs, and go where needed.

Robert Craun

bob HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE fall of 2022. He works as a part time employee. he helps out where ever he can. he delivers a lot of salt to customers in town.
